Re-Sworn now, which I assented to, because I thought the affidavits being long, and all the Deponents not being here, it would be putting Ramgovind Metre to an unreasonable inconvenience to refuse it, although I think in conformity to the Practice in the Court of Kings Bench, an affidavit that has once been read for any purpose is not to be read again for the likepurpose, but a fresh affidavid in the same words, or of the like import ought to be made, as a foundation for the New Act: And on the present case Sir E.
