27th Dec. 1768, Magee by Deed appointed Killican Saunderson, and Cranfurd his Attornies.

The Defendant Killican says, that on Nov. 1st 1773 Magee & Cantopher axecuted to Magee Interest Bonds in discharge of the Respondentia.
One Bond is for 5195: 9s Payable in a Year the other for 4000 payable to Magee in Two years, another for another Sum payable in Thirty Months in London.
Dec. 31st 1772 Killican answers 26000 Rs. Was due from Magee to Killican on the balance.
