The Caveator Mrs. Walters not appearing by her Advocate to support the Caveat, the Caveat was of Course over-ruled without Argument.
Sir E. Impey. How happens it the Sister does not appear to support her Caveat, against a Creditor?
The Attorney for Mrs. Walters, Mr. Harry Stark, answered, Mre. Salker although Mr. Peacock’s Sister was not the text of Kin, for there were a Widow, and Children of Mr. Peacock’s in Scotland
