The Diocese of London, then any Relation to the Deceased, who was not the next of Kin he had in the World: and the Reason the Chief Justice gave for this Opinion always was, that the reason the next of Kin was intituled to the Administration, was, his being intituled to the affects by the Statute of distributions, and therefore interested to collect all the Effects, but that a Relation, not One of the next of Kin was intituled to no share of the Effects and therefore was not interested to collect the Effects, and for that reason such a Relation, more distant than One of the next of Kin, had no claim to the Administration preferable to a Man
