Mr. Davies, Advocate for the Plaintiff: In support of the Plaint.
Mr. Davies, began with stating the Record, which he said Mr. Richardson ought not to have omitted to state, but ought to have begun by reading to the Court particularly those parts on which he grounds his Arguments of the insufficiency of the Plaint. As to the Innuendoes I shall not think it necessary to observe on them, because by the demurrer those innuendoes are admitted.
