1791. Third Term. [Monday] July 11.
If there is one Count in this Plaint which is good, there must be judgment on this Demurrer for the Plaintiff.
But I hope to shew to the Court that the First, the fifth and Tenth Counts, are actionable, Mr. Richardson has argued on a supposition that these being Letters to Mr. Larkins can not have been publish’d, but we are now arguing a Demurrer, in which all the facts alledged are admitted, it is therefore admitted by the Demurrer that those Letters were publish’d.
