Impey. The only two Questions in this Cause, are whether this Paper is Libel on Mr. Hastings; And Whether Hicky published it.
Mr. Hicky is not charged with being the Author, nor with knowing who the Author is.
The Court agreed unanimously that the Judgment must be for the Plaintiff, but chose to defer the consideration of Costs.
