Note. The Trial of Mr. Fenwick and most of the Trials of this Sessions are written in Books belonging to Sir Robert Chambers and which are in his Possession.
The Trials are mostly written by Mr. Justice Hyde and Mr. Justice Jones, Sir Robert Chambers the Senior of the Three Judges being ill almost the whole of the Sessions.
