This being the day appointed for the trial of Mr. Cuthbert Fenwick, who is prosecuted by order of the Govr Genl in Council for sending a challenge to Mr. William Larkins, Mr. Fenwick being in the custody of the Sheriff in several common Plea actions, is brought up by writ of Habeas Corpus to take his trial, but having, before his arrest in those civil actions given Security by his own recognizance & that of main persons,
to
