Challenge in the name of the said Cuthbert Fenwick in the form of a Letter to the William Larkins directed did then and there maliciously wickedly and diabolically write and cause to be written which said Challenge is as aforesaid written and directed. He the said Cuthbert Fenwick afterwards to wit on the said 10th day of June in the year aforesaid at Calcutta aforesaid in the province aforesaid maliciously and wickedly to the said Williams Larkins did send and deliver and cause to be sent and delivered to the great damage and Furor of him the said William Larkins to the Evil Example of all others in the like case offending and against the peace of our said Lord the King his Crown & Dignity. And the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid do further present that the said Cuthbert Fenwick is a person subject to the Jurisdiction of the Supreme Court of Judicature at Fort William in Bengal by having committed the offence aforesaid within the said Town of Calcutta & Factory of Fort William in Bengal.
