present that the said Cuthbert Fenwick was a British Subject Resident within the Province of Bengal at the time of Committing the offence aforesaid and that the said Cuthbert Fenwick is therefore a person subject to the Jurisdiction of the Supreme Court of Judicature at Fort William in Bengal. And the Jurors aforesaid upon their oath aforesaid do further present that at the time of Committing the offence aforesaid the said Cuthbert Fenwick was in the Service of the United Company of Merchants of England Trading to the East Indies and that the said Cuthbert Fenwick is therefore a person subject to the Jurisdiction of the Supreme Court of Judicature of the Supreme Court of Judicature at Fort William in Bengal. And the Jurors aforesaid upon their oath aforesaid do further present that the said Cuthbert Fenwick being much evil disposed person and disturber of the peace of our said Lord the King as aforesaid and intending to procure great bodily Harm and mischeif to be done to the said William Larkins and to incite and provoke him the said William Larkins unlawfully to fight a duel with and against the said Cuthbert Fenwick afterwards to wit on the same day and year aforesaid at Fort William aforesaid
