Plaint was faulty and there could be no Judgment on it, because two of the Counts were for Libels which could only be prosecuted by Indictment being (as Mr. Richardson said) alledged in the Plaint to be publish’d solely by being sent to Mr. Larkins, and these two he said were Counts inconsistent with the other Nine Counts, and could not be join’d in the same Plaint
