Whereas there was this day read at the Board, a Report from the Right Honourable the Lords of the Committee of Council for having Appeals from the plaintations &c dated the 18th of last month in the Words following viz.
Your majesty having been pleased, by your Order in Council of the 26th of April 1786, to refer into this Committee, the humble Petition and Appeal of Rajah Ramlochun Roy, a Native of Bengal and an Inhabitant of Calcutta, setting forth, That the Appellant, on or about the 11th of January 1783, filed his Bill in the Supreme Court of Judicature at Fort William in Bengal
