of the said [ILL] at the same time remained subject to the payment of a very heavy Rent desiring the Term. An the appellant by his said Bill prayed that the said Bulram Ghose and others the Respondents might account with the Appellant touching the Estate and Effects of the said Francis Peacock and the said Partnership concern and to be [ILL] what should be due to him thereon and for the other Relief. That after some delay the Respondent Bulram Ghose, the principal Defendant to the said Bill, entered his appearance but having upon various pretences delay putting in his answer. The Appellant in order to save time trouble and expense in the 6th of January 1784, entered into an agreement with the said Bulram Ghose to submit all matters in dispute between them to arbitration; in consequence of which arbitration bonds were on that day [ILL] by the Respondent Bulram Ghose and the Appellant [ILL] the Penal sum of 100,000 current Rupees; and to the said term of the said Bonds it was Recited so That many disputes had arisen, and that a [ILL] in Equity was depending between the Respondent Bulram Ghose as Administrator of Transaction, deceased, and the appellant, touching and concerning a certain partnership sometime since existing between the appellant and the said Francis Peacock, and touching and concerning certain dealings and Transactions in Trade therefore held and had between the appellant & the said
