Question, Whether Mr. Davies was not Advocate for the Defendant. If he was, I have made a mistake on the other side of this half sheet of paper, and have named as the argument of Mr. Davies, what was the argument of Mr. Hare, who certainly was Advocate for the Plaintiff: and on recollection I believe Mr. Davies was also Advocate for the Plaintiff, for I remember Mr. Lawrence was Advocate for the Defendants, and I believe he was their only Advocate: although I recollect Nr. Levett, would speak himself in the Cause.
