Mr. Davies for Deft
observes upon the evidence given in reply and compares it with that given by Deft, remarking that, excepting the collateral fact of Plf being legal representve by the Hindu Law, of the deced; and that of the Deft being subject to the Jurisdon, the affirmative part of the issue lies on the Deft, under the plea of Solvit post diem, and the Deft’s Advocate ought to have the Reply.
