observation on Gocul chundro Surmono’s evidence his attestation of the bond A, & of the assignmt C, and on the alteration which appears to have been made in A by the addition of his signature & by [ILL] smearing that signature since Mr. Shaw saw it first and expressed his suspicions arising from the freshness of the ink.
Mr. Shaw will be called to prove this, & Mr. Blaquiere to prove the difference betw the Signature Gocul Ghose on the assignment G and on Exhib: C & [ILL].
