attested by the Cauzee and Muftees of Patna and other respectable and well known persons of Consequence Credit in the said City of Patna, and by this deponent himself And this deponent further saith that he this deponent was well acquainted with the Neeruz allee heretofore of Patna aforesaid but since deceased, that the said Neeruz allee in his left time frequently informed this deponent and which information this deponent believes to be true, that he the said Neeruz Allie was, subsequent to the death of the said Shahbaz beg Khan employed by one Cojah Zekeriah then of Patna aforesaid to make a fair copy of a certain Paper writing or Instrument in the Persian Language called Hebah Nama by which the Estate Effects and Property of the said shahbazbeg Khan deceased was to be secured to Nauderah Begum the defendant in this Cause and that he the said Neeruz Allee had made a fair copy of such Paper writing or Instrument accordingly.
