Rejected this Translation, and said it had been long ago decided not to take such. It was said the Court had lately received such Translations to which it was answered that if it had been so, it had been because no objection had been spoken and it had passed unobserved: but that it was wrong and should not be drawn into Example.
The Cause was adjourned until Tuesday March 19th: to give time for the Translations to be made.
