respectively gave their Evidence relative to the aforesaid matters and Circumstances during the Trial of the said action at Law, to whose respective testimonies this Defendant is advised this Honourable Court did not give Credit. And which said Nannoo this Defendant is advised and believes has sworn an affidavit produced to this Honourable Court in this present Cause. And this Defendant is informed and believes that the said Zulfucal Ally then was and still is, or at least for some years after such Bill of Indictment was found Continued to be, employed by the Complainant Behader Beg as his Vakeel or agent, and this Defendant is informed and believes that the said Syfullah was and is a Kistmudar or Menial Servant, and has now Sworn to an affidavit produced to this Honourable Court in this present Cause and this Defendant informed and believes that the said Abadullah was a Peon or menial Servant in the Service of the said Shabaz Beg Khan, at the time of his death, and that the Wages of the said Abadullah were only four Rupees by the Month, or thereabouts: And this Defendant by herself and her agents has made many enquiries respecting the said Ally Mullah and his Rank and fortune but has not yet been able to discover who or in what Situation of life such person was, or is, though this Defendant believes that if such
