respectively gave their Evidence relative to the aforesaid matters and Circumstances during the Trial of the said action at Law, to whose respective testimonies this Defendant is advised this Honourable Court did not give Credit. And which said Nannoo this Defendant is advised and believes has sworn an affidavit produced to this Honourable Court in this present Cause.
