Deposition of Cojah Zaccariah.
Cojah Zaccariah Khan Witness for the 1st Plaintiff being duly sworn deposeth. I know the Plaintiff and the defendant. I know of acts of Violence, committed by the defendant on the Plaintiff, and what I know and saw I will tell you. The defendant Bahader Beg complained against the Plaintiff in the Council of Azimabad.
