Deposition of Cojah Zaccariah.
Cojah Zaccariah Khan Witness for the 1st Plaintiff being duly sworn deposeth. I know the Plaintiff and the defendant. I know of acts of Violence, committed by the defendant on the Plaintiff, and what I know and saw I will tell you. The defendant Bahader Beg complained against the Plaintiff in the Council of Azimabad. Three days after the death of Shah Baz Beg Khan, I myself Bahader (the defendant) and Cazy Saady (the defendant) and several [ILL] the Prayer usually [ILL] for the Soul of the deceased. Shah Baz Beg Khan was the Husband of the Plaintiff.
