out of the Coffin and buried it in the Ground. Shah Baz Beg Khan and on the 28th Shawall of the Hegira year 1190 or 1191, two years more or less ago a little more or less. After the death of Shah Baz Beg Khan the Plaintiff was in the Possession of his house and every thing which belonged to him and I had the care of washing his Body and all the Ceremonies attending the burying him. The defendant had nothing to say to it, he stood at a distance. In the Evening after the funeral was all order Behadur Beg (the defendant) came to the house which lately belonged to Shah Baz Beg Khan and which was then in Possession of the Plaintiff with a Chubdar [ILL] Laws, the Chubdar came into the house. Bahadur (the Defendant) stood at the outside of the Door. The Chubdar asked which was Gheirut Beg. I answered this is Gheirut Beg (pointing to Gheirut Beg) upon which the Chubdar addressing himself to Gheirut Beg said “Behadur (the defendant) has complained against
you
