Deposition of Coja Zaccariah.
I was, to which I replied, that I was nephew to Shah Baz Beg Khan, by the Sister’s side, and said the Plaintiff his Widow has sent me to present [ILL] Complainants to you and acquaint you that she is overpowered with grief for her lass, that she had indeed buried the Body of her deceased Husband, but that she hoped, if any one made a Complaint against her on that score at present, he would not regard it. Mr. Law replied and desired me to give his Compliment to the Plaintiff and tell her to be at ease and perform the Ceremony of forty days without disturbance that she had done well in burying her Husband, and that she (Mr. [ILL]) advised them not to quarrel among themselves nothing more passed on this Subject.
