defendant Cazy Saady who had received an Order from the Council, that they were to surround the House of the deceased Shah Baz Beg Khan and see that nothing went out of it, as tomorrow an Inventory was to be taken of the Effects. They surrounded the House accordingly, and would not let any body go out without Examination. I am not sure whether it was the next morning after this, on two or three Mornings after, that the defendant Cazy Saady came, accompanied by the brother of Mufty Burkuttullah, (the defendant) a Mufty Kereem Ullah, and Mufty Gholaum Makhdoom (the other defendant) and the defendant Bahadur Beg was also with them; afterwards the Defendant Mufty Burkut Ullah came sometimes. The defendant Cazy Sady came and sat down on the Hall and addressing himself to me and others of the family that were there present, told us to go and acquaint the Plaintiff that he had an order of Council to look and seal up the
