one nose ring found in it which I represented to the Cazy belonged to some of the Family of Gheirit Beg who came to mourn with the Plaintiff.
All the defendants and Mufty Kereem Ullah was there at the Time the Plaintiff left the house. They were in the place when Shah Baz Beg Khan used to sit. I was standing at the Gate of the House at this time when the Plaintiff went away. I saw the defendant when they came. I shewed them into the house, and carried the Message between them and the Plaintiff. They came about one or two Gurries before the Plaintiff left the House, more or less. The Messages that were sent by the defendant Cazy Saady to the Plaintiff, to desire her to leave the House, were sent by me.
