Widow to deliver up the Papers and return to her House under the protection of her Nephew, tho’ it may bear the appearance of Violence, yet as we are convinced her Nephew will not be able to obtain the Papers which ought to be delivered to him and the Effects of the Woman will be wanted by her Vakeels and abettors by whose advice she is directed not to her own, but their Interest.
Agreed that Behadre Khans request be complied with and that she be constrained to return to her House under his protection and deliver up the Sunnuds and other Papers of the Estate.
