and [ILL] and explained it so Ramhurry – Prisoner then wrote his name and that of Ram hurry & when he was going to write the name of Ramjoy Witness asked him why he would write his name he not being present. Prisoner answered he was his mallik and what he should write, Ramjoy would [approve?] – When Prisoner had written his own name, Witness desired Ramhurry to write his but Prisoner sayd Ramhurry could not – he the Prisoner would write and Ramhurry [ILL] put his mark – it was so done – They desired me to become a witness – I did so – two others subscribed as Witnesses – then Prisoner delivered the paper to the Prosecutor – Exhibit A is the paper.
