Witness went aside with them & at first desired them to write themselves – they both sayd they could not write well but desired me write what they should say & they would subscribe it – when [ILL] to write [ILL] Prisoner you must take down the declaration in [these?] names – Witness asked what the prisoner sayd, in the names of Ramhurry Soodar, his own - & Ramgee Soonar – Witness asked why the Declaration should be in three names when the Robber mentioned one only. Prisoner answered we all three were concerned – then wrote down what they disclosed – [ILL] what I wrote
