to the Jurisdiction of the Supreme Court of Judicate at Fort William in Bengal by having committed the Felony and Burglary aforesaid within the Town of Calcutta and Factory of Fort William in the Province of Bengal aforesaid.
The second Count charges the prisoners with having, on the said 31st of July, feloniously stolen taken and carried away Two silver rings of the value of 5 Shills &c prout (enumerating the several goods as in the 1st count) of the goods and chattels of Beem Podar; and also one pair of silver bracelets called Pooychie of the value of 34 Shills &c prout (as in the 1st count) of the goods & chattels of Choitun Podar, against the peace of our Lord the K. his crown & dignity. To this count also is added, in like manner as to the first, an averment that the prisoners are subject to the Jurisdiction of the court by having committed the offence last aforesaid within the town of Calcutta.
