in bail, and the Court has admitted such exceptions in several motions which have been heard before my appearance was enter’d, The Present case appears to be one of those which ought to be an exception to the General Rule, and therefore the Court are all clearly of Opinion the Defendant may move for security for Costs before Bail is put in, and there being no other answer to the Motion the Rule was made absolute.
