First Sittings. [Thursday] Feb. 16.
stated that Hardwick borrow’d Company’s Bonds from Ewan Bailie, which only amounted to about 20 Twenty Six Thousand Six Hundred Six Current Rupees Principal and Interest then due on them, which being sold at a discount produced only Twenty One Tousand, Three Hundred and Ninety Nine Current Rupees, Ten Annas and Five Pice.
Covenant to pay Twenty Six Thousand Current Rupees in Dec. 1791 If Ewan Bailie shall be then living.
