First Sittings. [Thursday] Feb. 16.

The Proposal was to lend in Company’s Bonds, and to be paid the Principal and the Interest in Money, and it was represented that Major Ewan Bailie, on whose living from Nov. 1790 to the first day of December 1791 the Principal was to be paid, was going to the Coast on Service.
Mr. Ledlie, On shewing Cause, stated that Major Bailie really did go intend to go to the Coast, but was not permitted so to do. That he never said he was going
