On the 31 of Jan 1792 on the motion of Complt’s advocate a Rule was quashed to shew cause why an Injon should not issue to restrain the fisrt 4 Defts from collecting rents, to restrain Sheriff from selling under a writ of Execn with liberty to file supplemental affidavits.
