Mr. Burroughs against the Rule. Two writs of Injon are prayed for
1. To restrain Defts from receiving rents.
2. To restrain the Sheriff from selling under an execution.
1. Injon not to be granted unless the bill be verified.
$. That Injon sl not be granted if right be at Law untill it has been there determined.
An Injon shall not be granted to restr: a Deft from receiving rents, if the Title on [which] Complt relies is denied by the answer.
2. No Injunction unless a right appears.
5. An Injon will be granted to quiet the possession, pendent lite, of a party who has been 3 years in possession.
