of the said three last mentioned bonds as by right and justice he ought to do. All which acts and doings of the said Charles Wyatt are contrary to Equity and good conscience and tend to the manifest Injury and oppression of your Orator. Intender Consideration whereof and for as much as your Orator is altogether remediless in the premises by the strict, rules of the Common law, and is properly and only relivable therein before your Lordships and for that your Orator cannot otherwise [ILL] the said Charles Wyatt to act justly in the Premises or be relieved therein nor can discover the truth of his Pretences but by the Oath of the said Charles Wyatt and the aid and assistance of this Honourable Court where friends and impositions are set aside and evidences Deeds and property unduly detained are directed to be delivered up and where mutual accounts are taken and Balanced and mtters of this kind are properly cognizable. To the End therefore that the said Charles Wyatt and his Confederate when discovered may upon their Oaths in this Court true direct and perfect answer make according to the best of their knowledge Judgment recombrance information and belief to all and Singular the matters and things herein contained and that as fully particularly as if the same were here again repeated and they thereunto interrogated and were particularly that the said Charles Wyatt may
