Mr. Hall’s present motion on the part of the Plaintiff was supported by an Affidavit made by his Gomastah that the Defendant was not an Ideot as was sworn to obtain. The rule Rule, and that the Plaintiff was gone on a Pilgramage to Banaras.
Mr. Davies, In opposing the Motion to enlarge the Rule, said he could see nothing either of Tragedy or Compey in the Transaction except in the Words and manner of making the Motion.
