This cause was again call’d on, but a Witness who was brought by subpoena duces tecum, appearing to have other books in his custody that were material to the cause but were not in the subpoena because the Attorney did not know the Witness had them, and therefore the Cause was put off till Monday.
The above pass’d before I came into Court.
After I came the first Cause, call’d was John Doe, on the Demise of Praunkissen and Radakisna Paul
