In the other Trial of Daniel Perreau, that what the Witness Swore was not Evidence on the Counts in which it was charged that the Uttering the Bond was with intention to defraud the Witness, but was Evidence on the Counts in which it was charged that the Intention was to defraud the other Person.
The Judge’s Summing up of the Evidence is not printed in this account of the Trial.
