Mr. Dunkin. Moved that the Court would adjourn to a day to be appointed by the Court for the Trial of Nicholas Danford charged with the Murder of John Nelthrope Wheatland.
Mr. Danford was said to have killed Mr. Wheatland in a Duel, and Mr. Danford had fled to the Danish Settlement of Serampore, the day he shot Mr. Wheatland, and had surrendered in Court on Friday last, expecting that day to be tried, but though the
