judgment for the Plaintiff was sign’d. Mr. Church answer’d he had not, and that it was not necessary, for no such Certificate had ever been produced in cases where Appeals have been granted.
Then the Petition was begun to be re’d.
It was asserted in it, that on the 15th day of this present Month of March 1783 Judgment was pronounced against the Defendants.
