I rather incline to think the word must be applied to the day when the judgment is compleat, because the Appeal is to be from a judgment of the Court, and the judgment is not compleat, untill the fourth day after the Trial or later as it may happen to be enter’d in the Office by the Attorney for the Plaintiff.
Sir Robert Chambers was not in Court at this time.
