The Judgment not being yet sign’d the Chief Justice inclined to think it was too soon to receive the Appeal, and on that inclination of his Opinion the Petition to appeal was for the present withdrawn. But Sir E. Impey said the Six Months within which the appeal was to be commenced is directed by the Charter to be reckon’d from the day the Judgment or Decree was “Pronounced.” Which word he applied to the day of Trial in Open Court, but
