Addit Ints on part of Complt 1 & 2d Instance to the Sheriff of Calcutta respecting the seizure of the Ship.
To the 2d the Answer of W. Smoult remembers the writ of Fi:fa at the suit of Redhead & Co against Alexis Chevalier de Chastel, the Josephine was seized under it.
To the 4th same witness says the vessel was sold to John Ph. Gardiner for 22000 SR – whether he was the real purchaser witness does not know.
