the Caveat of James Savage.
William Whiffin left part of the Houses he was possessed of, which were the principal part of his effects to a Boy whose name was Poole and who is now in England.
Wm: Whiffin left his Wife Executrix, she married to William Bodell, and soon after parted from him and lived apart untill she died about Oct. 1782.
Now Bodell applies as a friend of the Deceased Whiffin for the administration of his Good, With the Will annexed, unadministered by Mary the
