and Widow of Whiffin, and Wife of Bodell.
Bodell in One of his affidavits swore that he had heard nothing of the Mother of Mary said to be in England, nor of the boy Poole for Ten years.
The Court were of Opinion that Bodell did not appear to have an Interest in the effects of Whiffin as Husband of Mary because her Interest by the Will, was in a House, which if it was an Estate in Fee would descend to her Heirs, and not go to her Husband as her administrator, if he were so, but he does not apply to be administrator to Mary, his
