to be as stated in the Exceptions, would not delay the Cause to take the Opinions of Pundits, although Mr. Dunkin insisted the Court were obliged so to do, by the operation of the Act of Parliament of 21st G. 3d. chapter 70.
The Ninth, and all the preceeding Exceptions heard to day were overruled.
