An Action on the Case. The evidence was of Money received by the defendant for goods sold by him, the property of the Plaintiff and sent to him by the Plaintiff.
Judgment for the Plaintiff.
Dammages. 8236 Rupees.

Judgment for the Plaintiff: Dammages 13,110 Rs.

Debt on Bond. Judgment for the Plaintiff, For the Penalty of the Bond – 590 Current Rupees. The bond reciting the Defendant to be of Calcutta, and the bond being proved to have been executed in Calcutta Chambers and I agreed, as had often been settled before that this was sufficient to prove the Defendant to be subject to the Jurisdiction.
