Gosaul may be Carried from [ILL] his said Action against him.

Joinder in Demurrer
And the said Kissenchunder Gosaul says that the said Plea by him the said Kissenchunder Gosaul in manner and form above by Replying pleaded and the matter therein Contained are good and Sufficient in Law for him the said Kissenchunder Gosaul to maintain his said action against the said Ramnarain Misser which said Plea and the matter therein Contained the said Kissenchunder Gosaul is ready to verify and prove a the Count shall award and to cause the said Ramnarain Miser hath not answered the said Replication nor hitherto in any manner denied the same the said Kissencunder Gosaul as before prays Judgment and [ILL] said Debt together with his Damages by Occasion of detaining that Debt to be adjudged to him &c and because the Court here will advise of and Concerning the Premises before they give Judgment thereupon a Day is given to the parties aforesaid here until the [ILL] of day November for that the Court here is not yet advised thereof.
