Know all Men by these Presents that I Ramnarain Misser of Calcutta am held and firmly bound unto Kissenchunder Gosaul of the same place in the penal Sum of Arcot Rupees Four Thousand (AR 4000) to the payment whereof well and truely to be made to the said Kissenchunder Gosaul his heirs Executors Administrators or assigns I do hereby bind myself my heirs Executors Administrators or firmly by thee presents In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal in Calcutta this Sixth day of June One Thousand Seven hundred and Eighty.
Whereas the above board Ramnarain Misser hath borrowed and recovered of the above named Kissenchunder Gosaul the full and just Sum of Arcot Rupees Two Thousand (AR 2000) to run [ILL] interest at the rate of Ten per Cent per annum payable in Six Months from the Date hereof.
Now the Condition of this obligation is such that if the above bound Ramnarain Misser his heirs, Executors administrators of assigns shall well and truly pay or Cause to be paid unto Kissenchunder Gosaul his Heirs Executors administrators or assigns the full and just sum of Arcot Rupees two Thousand together with seven interest as shall become due thereupon then this obligation to be void and of no Effect otherwise to Continue in full force and Virtue.
