Attung, the Wounded Man.
Was the next Witness Sworn.
He said his own name was not Assung; it was Attung.
The Indictment being for wounding Assung the Court were of opinion the Prisoner must be acquitted, because the name of the Man wounded as written in the Indictment is so different from the true name of the Man wounded.
